It’s over the axle, you would have to open the panel over the wheel well and remove the lining over the tire that blocks water and such. You can then access everything between the two rear tires…..

Yeah we also got the washer and dryer. Hard to live without once you have had them. I figure that tank would get full quick, will leave it open on washer days when hooked up.
