There will be a pipe connecting the two FW tanks together. Could be that one thats leaking. A definite visit to the dealer though.

does it only show up when the fresh tank has been filled to the top? If this is the case it could possibly be the vent lines are not connected properly at the top of the tank and they are leaking...

I might be stating the obvious here but the microwave, fridge and outlets wont work on anything but 110 power. Thats why they are working when you run the generator.

The jack hammering noise when you let the foot pedal go could be water hammer. If the pipes are not clipped well underneath this could happen. It mostly happens on rapidly closing valves or taps....
