I also have a 2012 184BH. I just picked mine up from the dealer today where I had some warranty issues fixed. I couldn't be happier with mine and I know you will continue to enjoy yours too.

The Outlander does have a transmission cooler and I have always run Synthetic Oil and just switched to Synthetic transmission oil just before I left on the trip. I am trying to take every precaution.

I had a hard top for three years nad covered it every year. I also covered the furnace vents with tape to keep bugs out. It does help keep the sun from aging the seals.
