The most obvious answer is there is a 12V positive wire touching a 12V ground source.

The difficulty will be in tracking it...

Absolutely do not mount a tank inside your camper. One leak that goes un-noticed and your floor will be totaled, especially if it is employing the "ultra light" luan/styrofoam/luan monolithic floor...

GMRS (Handhelds up to 5+/- watts) technically do need a GMRS license to operate on the "GMRS"...
