2017 Jayco Octane Super Lite 273

Jayco Octane 273 Super Lite This is a Travel Trailer style, not a motorhome

This trailer is in mint condition. It doesn't have a scratch or a ding. It has had all issues fixed under warranty. It's last item is a new roof that is currently being installed by Jayco.

It has just about every option.

We have tons of pics and documents.

We are including a brand new mattress still sealed in the bag.

We are also including a brand new ladder for roof access.

Tires have less than a thousand miles on them.

Not only does it already have the 40 gallon fuel station with the upgraded hose and nozzle but, it also has been prewired for 50amp service with prep for second air conditioner. It has the heated/enclosed underbelly. The large pulldown screen for the back door. Fiberglass sides. The Sanicon Turbo 500 is also included.

Check out the pictures, it is actually in better than new condition as all issues have been resolved under warranty. It still has factory Warranty until Feb1, 2019.

Any questions, just ask.

We created a document with pictures that will show you how to winterize and de-winterize. It takes about 10 minutes and about 1.5 gallons of RV Anti-freeze.. We will show you how it is done.

We have already ordered our Jayco Talon so this one has to go as soon as the $8000 new roof is put on. Jayco is replacing as the original seam work wasn't done correctly.

We also are including a full tank of fuel in the fuel station and two full propane tanks.
