It has an automatic black tank cleaner/flush/valve. Upgraded everything. The AC works great and cools the entire Camper super fast and the furnace heats the Camper just as quick. It comes with 2 30pound propane tanks that will operate the refrigerator when gas option is turned on. The shower is extra large has great water pressure with upgraded shower wand. A water pressure regulator has always been used to protect the integrity of lines, and valves as well as water filter. The hot water heater operates on gas or electric and heats up quickly and stays hot. Slide out makes living area spacious and the awning with exterior LED lights and speakers makes entertaining outside enjoyable. This heavy duty weight distribution bars makes towing super easy and safe. It has 2 fresh water holding tanks equaling 76 gal. The grey tank is 39gal and the black tank is 39 gal. It comes with a 39in tv that swivels from the living room to the bedroom with entertainment system radio,cd,dvd,etc . There is so much storage that we never used all of the storage. Storage under the bed, above the couch, all the drawers, under the dinette, pantry, clothes ward, and cabinets in the bedroom, then the pass thru storage outside under the bed, and storage under the bunkhouse accessible outside and inside. The roof ladder makes cleaning the gutters a breeze. The electric hitch makes trailering and leveling quick and easy as well. The remote control makes hookup at camp sites easy as you can stand outside and operate the electrical slideout without fear of hitting an unseen obstacle water hookup, electrical box, etc .
