Good evening all, I have a used 154BH. I was attempting to measure some of the power consumption to determine new battery size as well as possible solar panel expansion. On the positive terminal of the battery I have 3 wires, one goes to the power tongue jack the other two I assume are the charge wire from the solar panel via the controller, and the main wire connecting the trailer to the battery. What I noticed is that when I connect either of the two wires by themselves to the battery, the trailer has power. It is the same when there is no sunlight. the reason I tested this was the amp draw was the same (or close to) on each wire when both were connected, so I was trying to determine which was the solar charge wire. Is this normal?

when I bought the trailer it was set up with 2 6v batteries in series so someone has been in here before me playing with things. any help is appreciated.

Partial! The three red rectangles with bumps on them are the soft covers for resettable circuit breakers. Power is connected to the stud on the top right and then jumper connected to the other two. On the bottom three studs are for the output conductors going to whatever they are for. Circuit breakers are sized to protect those conductors from overheating and deteriorating the plastic coating on them.
The junction box is used to protect conductor connections.
Sorry I can’t tell you more.
