195RB - Full time living - Dinette and Bed

I'm looking at a 195RB for full time living and would like to make a few mods. My understanding from researching on the forum is that removing the dinette is fairly easy and straightforward. Replacement seating has its challenges getting in the door and fitting. I would love to replace it with a swivel rocker but will have to see what will work once in there.

For the bed, I want to replace the queen with a twin and would like to put it facing the other direction, like a daybed. I see that the water tank is under there so a freestanding daybed won't work. Wondering if I could remove the right handed "nightstand" and fit a platform (reinforced) for a twin mattress, set up like a daybed. The water tank would of course limit storage under a twin but I don't need a lot. I welcome your thoughts on this bed modification.

I am also thinking of replacing the regular toilet with a dry flush toilet and thereby not have any black tank duties.

And lastly, replacing the two burner with an induction electric two burner.

I welcome your thoughts, suggestions and ideas on any and all of the above. Thanks for your input.

Anything that is involved with heating will draw a lot of amps. You may not be able to run two "burners" simultaneously, let alone one. But ... I don't know about the induction systems.

PS, Rather than remove and replace, You might consider covering the stove top and placing portable induction units on top.

Here’s what I did as far as cooking goes. I installed a 20 Amp circuit ( Marinco ) inlet near my30Amp service so now I have 50 amps running to the trailer. I broke off for 2 outlet locations, 1 is for my portable induction cook top and #2 outlet is for my portable heater. Leaving my 30 amp’s free for everything else. Induction portable is sitting on my 30” gas stove at home to give you an idea of its size. Cook top is 23-3/4” x 14”, big enough for all your cooking needs.You can run both sides at the same time as my outside cord is “ 12 wire & I also used #12 wire on the inside

I did a similar through the wall aux. plug to use for electric heater etc.. I use an extension cord plugged into the 20 amp duplex outlet on the campground power pedestal.
