19H Partial floor and wall replacement

I recently purchased a used 2008 Jay Feather 19H. My first real camper. I thought I purchased a sound camper: no softness in the floor, interior in good shape, no obvious signs of water damage, AC and appliances work, etc. I have since discovered significant water damage beginning at about the right wheel well /outside ac plug area and extending to the front left corner (a triangle type shape). The only part of the floor is rotten, but the right side walls up to about 3 feet are rotten, again beginning at the wheel well area and going forward. I have ruled out the window and the roof as a leak source, but not the wheel well or the outside ac receptacle.
Can anyone give me some advice other than this is going to be a hard job?

If you could provide us with a few pictures it would help and what type of siding do you have.

First thing, contact Jayco and request the big drawing. That will give you an idea what the construction is like. Study the drawings, make a plan, and take lots of photos as you go.

My dad years ago lifted the rear of a Nomad tt, and replaced about 6 feet of floor under the bathroom and bunk beds. Did it in one weekend start to finish. But that was a single layer OSB floor deck, not a composite like my 2012 has.

If you have some construction, repair knowledge it's not too bad. My octane had a corner molding leak on both front sides and I had to rebuild the front corners and about 4' of floor. Hardest and most costly part was finding an interior panelling that was a close match to the one used in 2010, We found that a new Eagle interior that was close and ordered panelling from our local Jayco dealer.

Mine is wood framed and aluminum siding, I'm not sure how you would even go about repairing a bonded fibreglass wall system.

Too late for the photos, but the photos provided by Scott91370 describing his floor rebuild are almost identical to mine. My siding is fiberglass. I have already removed the rotten floor and a small part of the wall. As soon as I locate all the possible leaks I will begin reconstruction. At this point, my next task is to re-seal all the corners using Seal-tite tape and caulk. I have also located a RV Repair shop that graciously gives me advice and even allows me to purchase materials through them...good people.
Any additional help, advice, etc. is welcomed and appreciated.
