Hi everyone

Me and my wife, 5 year old, 13 year old and our golden retriever are happy to be joining this hobby.

We just purchased a 2023 Jayco Jay Feather 199MBS w/ 2 x 200 watt solar panel, 2000 watt inverter, gas/electric fridge, and 2 x 30lb tanks as options.

We looked at a lot of models and this one was the one that fit our life-style and needs.

We pick it up and 2 weeks which is fine because it's still not great weather here yet in the north but we have all the typical long weekends booked for the season plus we have a 2 week trip planned which will take us through 3 provinces and 4 states this August. That will be the real test lol.

I have some experience with camper trailers but that was a while ago.

Looking forward to reading and meeting people at the camp grounds and teaching my kids how to do all this stuff, while I drink beer lol.

Cheers

Congrats on the new rig and welcome to the group! You will soon realize that it is way more than a hobby - It is a lifestyle...

Welcome aboard! Sounds like a great summer is ahead of you. I recommend taking a short trip near home, to shake out any bugs. There seams to be a few in every camper
