2006 Seneca - Lug Nut Plastic Cover & Locks

I am trying to find some parts for my 2006 Seneca 34SS and running into some trouble.

First, we have these plastic lug nut covers They appear to be only cosmetic, but half of them have fallen off. Where can I find replacements?

Second, our exterior storage doors are becoming harder to open. Any suggestions on making this process easier? Or, where can I find replacement locks?

We always gave ours a 'final torque' with a pair of channel lock pliers to ensure they always stayed in place.

We never had a problem with our exterior storage door handles but if we recall there was a cover plate on the backside that was removable and the mechanism could be lubed as needed.
