I am having water leaking issues. The floor in the rear of my camper gets wet everytime it rains. Been chasing this for awhile now and could really use some help if anyone else has had similar issue. Thank you
Well this is worth a shot, don't know if it'll work but get a shop vac with a NEW filter, put the hose on the blower part, close the door and use a spray bottle with soap and spray the back portion of the camper, if you see bubbles that is where the leak is, if it doesn't work let us know
what model TT? see any water marks on walls or is it just at the base of the wall? I'd hose things down and see if you can pinpoint the rough area where the water is entering but like above, start re-sealing all the exterior lights, tire mount 9of on back wall, and any doors etc in that area.
Rich, did you try the shop vac suggestion? Now as for dumping alot of water in an area that may leak i'm not sure if I would do that, you'll end up with more water in the camper
In theory, woudnt the shop vac idea work only if it was pulling air from outside and presuring inside? Also the TT would have to be pretty darn air tight for this to work (i would think).
A shop vac could work if you blocked the roof vent except for a hole for the vacuum hose. If you did a good enough job sealing up areas where the air could leak it would be worth a try. Some RV places do a Seal Tech test which does the same thing. A old furnace fan would also work.
