2013 Greyhawk Key FOB

2013 Ford key fob doesn't unlock passenger door. Is that normal? Is there a way to enable opening passenger and driver's door? I am the fourth owner and the previous owner didn't know why the key fob only opened the driver's door. Both key fobs behave the same way.

You have to push the button twice to open the passenger side door.

This. Or could be that the door lock actuator on the passenger side is worn out and needs to be replaced.
