2016 Freightliner M2 Wiper Control

Hello,
Just obtained this coach, really like it so far. Going through and fixing all the broken stuff. The W/S wipers only run on high, no intermittent or low. They do not auto return to the parked position at the bottom. I have cleaned the connector coming out the stalk, the PO had a new stalk switch which I installed and no change. Is there a control module somewhere possibly? Seems everything these days has one.

I don't have a Seneca, but I did find a wiring diagram for wipers here on page 5. I hope this helps narrow it down for you.
