My inverter fan won't shut off. Nothing is currently turned on. What is cause and how to shut off?

If you are plugged into shore power and it is pretty warm to hot inside the RV, the fan will continually run to cool the inverter (converter?).

It still charges the battery with everything off.

When mine did that, I had to replace the converter.

Thanks for the replies. We unplugged everything and charged the new batteries we bought overnight. That did the trick. First the batteries were bad and the new ones weren't charged enough.
