I have a 2016 Whitehawk 24MBH, has anyone replaced leaf springs one on? Mine are flattening out on passenger side. Want to replace those and upgrade to wet bolts. Anyone don’t that yet and what is the spring length? Thanks

Fowl51,

Welcome to JOF :D

Just a thought.......

You may want to see if there is a manufacture's sticker (Dexter, Lippert, etc.) on the axle identifying axle specifications....., then contact the manufacture directly for compatible leaf-pack information and/or wet bolt kit requirement.

If my memory serves me..., you will need to confirm the existing shackle lengths (or hole centers) and leaf spring width for sizing a wet bolt kit.

I've replaced leaf springs on several trailers, probably not the 24MBH.

May as well do shackles, too...MorRyde's are really nice and heavy. Get the kit from a vendor such as Amazon or eTrailer. If you need replacement parts (bolts, nuts, etc) order direct from MorRyde.

A trip to your local spring shop (or a phone call if not close) should locate the proper replacement, or a recommendation for something a little stronger. I'd probably replace both springs, not just the flat one. They will be able to let you know what measurements you need.

You might also want to consider a 'Sumo' spring or comparable to help your springs do their job.

A better equalizer? Maybe...something to consider.
