My 2017 Seneca on a freightliner chassis, check engine light came on after starting it for the first time in several months. The scan gauge is showing a code ID 3364 FM 10. After research I’m reading that this is a DEF issue.
Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?
Thank you in advance for your response!

Just had the same problem two weeks ago with the same code. The shop ended up having to replace the pump that’s inside of the def tank. The following day we left for a 800 mile trip. Got home a couple of days ago and had zero problems. Our unit is also a 2017 Jayco Seneca.

I had the same problem had to take it to the local Freightliner dealer they replace the sensor for the Def system didn't cost me anything because it was under warranty but my refresh light has never came on in 10,000 miles I told this to my brother who was a lifelong truck driver and he said you need to hit that refresh every time you get to your destination I've done it it seems to be working fine but that's just my two cents
