2018 Jayco 321RSTS

My friend has a 2018 Jayco 321RSTS and is having problems with water pressure, he just purchased it and its setup on a permanent site, he has a water filter on the outside water faucet (which he replaced).
My question is if it is equipped with an onboard water filter where would it be located?

Brochure doesn't show one, but it would be close to the utility center. Probably behind a panel located in the basement pass through if one is there
