2019 Jayco Jay Feather - Curious...what is the secret puzzle to transform the dining room table into a bed. We can not figure out the cushion pattern. Or, is it not meant to be converted?

Is it a banquette? If so, the rectangular back pads go on the table top when dropped to bed ht.

It is the u-shaped dinette table with only one rectangle backseat cushion, two corner curved cushions and 2 small side cushions. We've tried all possible placements and none have positive results on covering the "sleeping area".

I have a White Hawk, so I don't know the width or placement in your trailer, but in ours, the three rectangular cushions go as follows: the longest goes across the widest measure of the table top (side to side) and the two small ones go in the remaining space oriented the same way (short edges touching each other making them the same dimension as the bigger cushion). The seat cushions stay in place and you end up with a queen bed.

This is the table we have and this is the picture that I found for the bed conversion. It can't be correct. The 2 small cushions would not allow for a fitted covering to work and without a fitted covering, the small cushions would slide off to the floor during sleep time.

From your photo, we put the small cushions toward the back and the larger one in front. That said, nothing extends beyond the table edge and all cushions line up across the front without projecting beyond the table top or the adjoining seat cushions. We don't use a fitted, but a top sheet to cover when turned into a bed since the grand kids like to stay in their sleeping bags. Just guessing here, but you have a smaller table top than the space would allow. Our top is 47 3/8" wide x 34 1/4" deep. Our larger cushion is just shy of 47" and fits snug between the seat cushions when in place. If purchased new, check with the dealer to find out if it was optioned incorrectly. If purchased used, you may want to replace the table top with the larger (correct?) size to end your frustration.

Something else to consider....I made a couple of table 'foot' clamps from lock hasps purchased at Home Depot to hold the table fixed to the floor. It has a tendency to dance across the trailer floor if you encounter some bumps...which you will.
