Hello,
I am new to this site and just spent my first weekend in my new Pinnacle 36SSWS 5th wheel. I am hoping someone can assist me. The RV has a residential refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser in the door of the freezer side. There is also an ice maker.

I have all the touch screen buttons working and the refrigerator is cold and freezer is also working.

However, I cannot get water to dispense, nor is it making ice. Is there a separate switch or water line that I am missing?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Congratulations and welcome!

Not sure where the valves are on your unit, but on ours there’s one behind the drawer that under the over. Easiest to take the drawer out to get to it. The other is in the island, ours is under the floor of the cabinet, but some are under the sink.

Find the valve or valves!

Mine was the same way. Could not get water or ice. I knew about the valve behind the drawer under my stove, but there was a second valve under the island sink. Bad thing is that it was hidden behind a piece of wood. Had to crawl in there to see it. Flipped it open and bingo ...... water to fridge! Hope that helps. Mine is a 2019 317rlok

OK sorry I am late to this thread considering I had the day off. Grab a screwdriver and flashlight and walk with me...

Open the door under the sink and take out your trash can. To the left is a wood veneer panel held in by four annoying screws. Follow a hose tapped in to the cold water line and feel a twist valve BELOW the deck level of the cabinet where it is most annoying to reach, just out of sight. Turn it on and viola. Cold water and ice is on the way.

Oh and did you find the cleverly hidden on/off switch for the water and icemaker inside the fridge? Open the freezer door, pull out the ice bin, and look for the toggle switch inside to the left (at least Whirlpool put a nice placard inside the door for this).

Keep in touch. We are 7 days in to full time in our Pinnacle 36 SWSS. Still finding things. You will likely find a few things for us.

Ok I got too excited too soon. While I now have water, how do I get the white bar above the ice maker to move? Is that supposed to be up or down? I started to pull but do not want to break it.

Another question, how do I get the sound bar under the living room tv to work?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

What brand is your fridge? I believe you have to have the Furrion Receiver turned to "AUX" to get sound to the sound bar........not super positive, but give that a try.

Ok ice maker now working ( I feel like a moron) but the AUX did not work for the sound bar. Thanks for the suggestion!

We just st purchased a sound bar for our home TV. I had to go into the TV set up and turnoff the tv speakers and turn on the digital sound jacks. Be sure the sound bar is plugged into the RCA jacks on the back of the TV. Good Luck.
