Will Jayco do anything to help an owner who can prove manufacturing defects caused his roof problems? When we had a technician remove the air conditioner the wire that provides power to the unit was trapped in the gasket and allowed water infiltration, thus causing delamination in the plywood decking. The technician videoed everything as he checked it. He's going to send me the link to the video. We purchased this new and saw no evidence or roof leaks until we got to Florida this winter.

I would have that Technician/Dealership file a claim with Jayco and provide them the video. Shouldn't be a problem.

It will still have to go through a/the dealer. Hope it all works out and
