Follow-up on new 2022 31UL:
HDMI matrix controller: nothing like that in my Precept. Just four controllers for TV and Sony stereo.
Winegard Wi-Fi and antenna: dealer found wired to "wrong 12v" (like many other new owners.) Fixed - get OTA stations - wi-fi working fine. (Don't they check these things at the factory inspection? Or at the selling dealer?)
Awning and roller tube: something rolling inside and plastic cover missing rear end. Dealer opened tube, removed screw, and replaced cover. (No check at the factory?)
Wiper delay not right: moved a few inches, paused, a few more inches, paused. OK on normal slow and fast speeds. Dealer found mashed pin in connector. Straightened and working now. (Factory drove across country and didn't report this? Or see it at the factory?)
Dinette slide 6 inch wood chunk missing: How? Fixed by dealer.
Quality Control at Jayco factory obviously is spotty or terrible. They need to review their checklists because they are missing the miss-wires, bad connections, and strange noises. Costs them so much more to have a dealer fix. I understand about shipping deadlines (worked in airframe delivery world) but it costs so much to fix later.
