I purchased this trailer from camping world menifee in California.
I wish I would have read camping world reviews before purchasing this trailer. Not did I only get pushed to buy a camping package saying that “it’s in the deal “ it was a terrible experience all around. now it’s been a year and a half since I have owned this trailer and it’s been more in the shop then out camping. 15 warranty problems from decals peeling off to fenders not being aligned correctly to refrigerator not being connected right doors not closing correctly , water lines leaking and so much more, roof seals all need to be scraped and resealed.l..Too much to list. Trying to get Jayco customer service to cover things is a nightmare. I have only used this trailer only 3 times since I purchased it and it has giving me more of a headache then happiness.
I will never purchase another Jayco product ever again. Hopefully next year I can trade this in and buy a brand that backs up their product.

Dang I hate to hear when someone has issues like this. The good thing is sounds like they are honoring the warranty. I’ve read and heard stories where Camping World denied warranty claims for everything because it was in their contract.

I certainly don’t blame you for being done with Jayco I would be too. But before you decide on another brand you might look forums for those manufacturers before pulling the trigger to see who’s having issues with what. These issues are unfortunately not limited to Jayco.

Hope you get some resolution soon!

oh man, I'm sorry to hear this, I hate going to that place!, I stay free and clear from camping world, their salesmen are pushy, arrogant, rude and above all they think they're better than you, at least the one here in st. louis, mo. we wanted to look at some campers a few years ago and one guy wanted a copy of our license's, social, wanted to run our credit before showing us any, I went off on him in a nut shell I told him to go F HIMSELF. This is my first Jayco camper and we bought it from a family owned business and tell ya what, those folks are friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. hopefully you have a better camping season this year my friend.

i also recently bought from a family owned jayco dealer(lonestarrv) after visiting a corporate dealership and getting bad vibes there. i also got a very good deal.

RV dealers in general aren't noted for great customer service. The set up where one dealer is not obligated to service units bought elsewhere is not in the customer's interest.

Draw any 300 independent dealers names out of a hat and call them by the same name and they would be just like CW.

I honestly think it’s better buying from a family owned place rather than a big box store per say
