We have two thermostats, one in the hall and the other in the bedroom. Here is the issue. We have the bedroom thermostat set to OFF. In the hall we have it set to Heat and the temp setting set to 68 degrees. The heat will come on and heat up the camper to 66-68 degrees, per the thermostat setting, then turn off. After some time passes and the temperature drops below the 68, as low as 54 degrees inside the camper, the heat does not come on again. We have two propane tanks and they are both full. The only way I can get the heat to come on again is to reboot the thermostat itself, wait 2-5 minutes, then turn it on again. The heat will come on again and heat up the camper and then turn itself off. Has anyone seen this before?

Update: I used Chat GPT and solved the issue. There are 3 tiny dip switches on the back of both thermostats. These were set incorrectly from the factory. All 3 switches are now in the OFF position on the bedroom thermostat and Z1 or dip switch 1 of the Hallway thermostat is set to ON. My thermostat is controlling the temperature and cycling like it should now.

Thanks for that information. We ordered a 29DDB that should arrive some time in June. Hopefully, it will come with the switches already correctly set.
