What steps do you use to level. Know the parking brake has to be on, was told by dealer motor should be running, online it said motor should be off. Have not got to take camping yet, raise the jacks today to install jack pads. Thanks

I always wait until I am plugged into the campground power, This will take strain off your batteries.

Mine only requires parking brake activation. If I am dry camping I typically will briefly fire up the generator while levelling and running the slides. Those do suck 12 volt power and I hate to start with batteries that aren't full.

Found motor has to be running to lower jacks

That's the way mine is too.

I often get it out of order... the ignition cannot be on for the slides to operate, but ignition must be on for the jacks to operate. I run the engine so that the alternator helps out with the power draw of the pump motor. Drives my wife crazy when she's bringing in the slides and I walk over and crank the motor to get ready to bring the jacks up... :croc:

2017 Greyhawk 29MV with Equalizer Systems jacks. There is a light on the panel that lights up if the ignition is on and prevents the jacks from working. I also sounds a bunch of tweets and beeps when the ignition is on and you power up the control panel.
