hello! new owner here. we keep getting a "black tank 2 full" warning via the jaycommand app but we don't have a black tank 2?? there are three knobs: two gray and one black. then the black one lower down that releases the wastewater into the tube.

i flushed the black tank today. i don't know how to explain it but it was like there was some stuff coming out but it just hung out in the tube and I had to actually lift the tube to get it out. i opened gray 2 and it flowed through no problem.

so. what is black tank two????

Welcome to the Forum from Western NY State!

Looking at the brochure, for your model they list both gray and black tank capacities as 87 gallons each with a footnote that both are split tanks, so there has to be a second black tank somewhere. Fairly certain there isn't only one black tank that holds 87 gallons. The release lever for the other one may not be as obvious.
Perhaps someone with your same setup will chime in with a more specific answer for you.

thank you!!! we are currently in Kentucky and it's been raining for four days straight at this point so I am just gonna have to bite the bullet and get under there to look i guess lol.

Do you have two toilets in your rv? To me that would be the only reason for two tanks. With it being a 2024 and purchased it from a dealer, is it possible to call the dealer and ask a service person?

we do--there is a half bath on the lower floor. i just seriously have no idea where the knob could be.

I think calling the dealership is the move.

Now that makes sense. I take it that your underbelly is enclosed. So it may be that the second handle is barely visible around some foam that they like to use on many parts that extends thru the cover . Maybe if one of your toilets is located on the side away from the dump tube, look in that area. They may have decided to just locate the pull handle in that area. Does your rv have two dump locations, which sometimes requires a split setup on your main sewer hose arrangement. I am going to see if I can find a video on you tube.

that's what they freaking did!!! i just went out and got under it and the knob is hidden away fully under the rv. i am 100% confident they did not mention this during the demo lol.

I just looked at a video of your unit. The sales guy shows only one black water flush on the drivers side wall and the main pull handles inside your locker door with all your working features. So maybe look for a similar flush for your additional tank on the opposite side??

Glad you've found it. Hope you didn't get too wet looking for it. :rain:
