Any comments a 2024 5th wheel Pinnacle the under penning appears to be sagging above the axle screws on the sides but none in the middle

Are you referring to the underbelly covering, i.e., Coroplast (corrugated plastic)? It is reportedly attached along the sides so perhaps insufficient screws? If not, and is an concern, you can add some cross bracing such as 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" perforated angle with stainless screws, nylon locking nuts and washers. The perforated angle is light enough to easily handle but strong enough to hold the underbelly up.

Look behind it. On my camper the coroplast is below the drain pipes. the bottom of the tanks are level with the bottom of the frame rails so the drain pipes have to hang lower and the coroplast below that.
