We recently purchased a 2025 260 bh and when running the air on high we get a bad droning sound in the bedroom area. Seems worse when laying on the bed. I have installed the rv airflow system hoping to help with the noise but it did not accomplish that.

RV Airflow will quiet the air rushing in the ducts, you most likely have a fan balance issue. Start by removing the a/c cover and run it where you are hearing the droning. You will likely hear it and SEE the fan/motor assembly "shaking". Being a 2025, you have warranty. Claim it... And when the dealer replaces the a/c unit, make sure they reinstall the RV Airflow baffle. I have one, I know.

Are you talking about the inside cover and the blower fan? Or am I needing to remove the outside cover and checking that? I appreciate your response.

On top...the RV Airflow device diverts the air into the ducts, you mot likely can't see anything. Four phillips head wide screws hold the fiberglass cover on the unit. Take it off, you will see everything.

Alright, I'll take a look.
