2025 Jayco comet generator problem

Anyone have an idea why my 2025 Jayco comet 18c generator quit running after 5 mins and will not start?

How much gas in the tank? If close to a 1/4 it would shut off automatically.

I found problem the dealer shut off the fuel to engine
