2025 Northpoint Refrigerator Ice Maker/Dispenser

We have a 2025 Northpoint. We can't figure out how to get water to the refrigerator. I found a valve behind a false wall to the left of the oven. Its on but still no water. Any ideas on how to get the water to the refrigerator?

I have a hose in the pass through storage area. I also have to turn on the pump. The pump switch is located on my island.

In our 2024 NP, the 5 gallon water jug is in the under storage area. You should have a hose and connector, that goes into the jug. Then the pump switch is on the side of the island, for the fridge and spout on your sink, if you have one.

We have a 2020 Jayco 36 FBTS (41'). We found our valve in the false wall under the island sink on the left wall. I had to pull that wall apart from the sink side and reach down almost into the floor to open the valve. Prior to that, we checked the valve behind the drawer under the gas stove, valve behind the refrigerator and power to the ice maker, all were good. We have an evaporator fridge and just like a residential fridge, it doesn't make ice until the freezer gets to temp.

Did you put in the 5 gallon water bottle? That’s what feeds the fridge as well as the little fresh water spigot at the kitchen sink.

We do not have that, our fridge is fed directly from the pressurized cold water supply in the coach that feeds all of the other faucets and toilets.

We have 2025 PInnacle and had the same problem. There was a valve behind a false wall on the left side of the island.

Thanks for the response! The 2025 does not have the switch on the island. It's a mystery at this point!

Did you look for the switch behind the ice maker draw inside the freezer? Some have that

I did, but no luck. We unhooked the water line from the back of the refrigerator and it is dry, so the water isn't even getting to the refrigerator itself.
