Here a couple of additions I added to the rig:

First I made a couple of table tops using 18 inch butcher block rounds, sanded and topped with food grade poly. One of the tops is off set so it can rotate out and be used from the couch. The dinette table stores nicely behind the couch.

Second, I made a sink and a range cover. Same idea, butcher block cut and edges rounded. Sanded and sealed. I cut the sink cover to go around the faucet to help hold it in place. Clear rubber feet on both.

Everything stores in 2 sleeping bag sacks under one of the benches.

When I read the title of your post, I thought these were official changes on this camper from the manufacturer. I like what you done here, especially to the counter top to expand it's function. Thanks for sharing your photography.

Nice work. I like the butcher block covers on the stove and sink. How do you attach the original table top if you need it? And why did you go with the 2 small round tables instead of the one large table? How stable are the round tables on the single post?

The table is intact and sets right back down if we need something that big. I picked up a couple of receivers I attached to the rounds.

I went with the two pieces instead of a bigger single table because my aim was to really open thespace back there. There is just the 2 of us and this gives us room in the back while still being able to eat meals on them

Did not realize you picked up extra receivers, great idea. That adds nice options to your living area.

We have a 212 also, like your idea for sink and stove very much! Never had 2 30 lb. tanks before so what is the easiest way to fill them?
