I have a 2016 Jayco NP 375BHFS. I bought used and have been wanting to replace the tires. Went on 6 hour trip this weekend and halfway back noticed steel belt showing through worn spot in tire. Tire didn't blow but lucky. I am wanting to but the best tire on the 5er. Stock is the Goodyear Ranier 235/80R16. The new 2019 NP 375BHFS has the Goodyear beast 235/85R16.

Question: Can I put the 235/85R16 size tire on the 2016. Its only .04 inches per tire closer but curious if anyone has done it.

Also, any recommendations on tires? I am considering the Goodyear G614 for Load Range G and better speed rating. I want a tire rated for more than 65mph. I don't do much over 65 but would rather have a tire with more speed so I am not riding at the max.

Thanks for the help,
Aubrey

The G614 is a great tire but you can get the Sailun S637 for about half the price. It is a G rated tire that is comparable to the GY.

As for the size, you can get the 235/85 installed. That is what I have on mine. If you look at the Sailun website, the 235/85 has a load capacity of 4400 pounds where the 235/80 is 4080 pounds.

Thanks! Do you have the 235/80 or the 235/85 installed? I am getting a recommendation from 2 tire stores for the Carlisle 235/80R16 Load Range G.

Have the Goodyear Endurance on my Pinnacle. They are rated at 4400 lbs and 87mph.
Have around 8000 miles so far. Great tire as far a I can see. Also made in USA

That's at 110 psi per my chart. What psi do you actually use ? My new Sailuns 235/80r16 at 100 were beating us to death. I have dropped to 80 & the GY they replaced Jayco said run at 65 on my vin sticker.

I used to always run mine at 110 but have recently dropped them down to 105. Looking at the inflation chart, I “could” go back to 80
