We just downsized to this model, on the side by the door it has a sticker that says CLIMATE SHIELD. When looking at all the info on climate shield, it says that lines and tanks are supposed to be good down to 0 F... Well, someone LIED... We have a heated hose for supply and our hot and cold water still froze at 19 F... So, why the LIES? .. Not impressed so far..
