Hey guys first time posting, first jayco trailer. Found the frame behind tires on either side has bent out making the rear wall pull away along the bottom from frame. Is there anyway to fix this. I was going to use a wench and pull them in and weld a cross bar to the frame to hold or am i wasting my time. Pictures or taken from the rear. Any ideas Thanks.

Sorry its a used 2005 bought 2yrs ago. 2nd time we moved it i notice this. just move it twice a year for fishing then to hunting site.

It's worth a try if you have the means to bend the frame & weld in a new brace. You also have to think bout how you will reattach/seal the side wall one you get it back in place. If you have to pay someone to do it I would think it would be cheaper to just replace the trailer & move on from this project.

Thanks for the reply's. Yes doing all work myself with my sister. She just put a new roof on it and brought it to my house to help redue the inside. Thats when i notice the bent frame. Shes put alot of work in it already so we've got to try to save it. Just cant believe these frames would bent like that. Would also like to know what could have caused this to help prevent this again.

... overloading and/or rough terrain will cause frame damage.
