Hi all,
After 15 plus years of camping reprieve my wife has finally decided to try it again but with a little style. We camped for years in a tent then, in a Coleman pop-up. After my wife had some back problems, it sidelined any "roughing it", we stopped camping together.
We love trailing around and stopping whenever we want.
We live in the Sierras outside of Sacramento (California) in the small town of Placerville (on 50 on the way to Lake Tahoe). We've been going down the coast mostly but we're heading in land to Devils Postpile outside of the town of Mammoth. Great fishing by the way!!

Hi Jim, Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum! We came through your area once back in the early 90's in a tent trailer with our kids. How far down the coast have ya ventured?

We have gone from Monterey to LA and out to Temecula. We love pulling up to the shore in Ventura and spending the night with the wind and waves. I grew up on the east coast, in CT, right on Long Island Sound, guess it just brings back old memories.

I'm guessing you parked parallel to the water near Ventura... grew up on the coast and for the life of me (and Don) we can't remember what the exit is... was it Rincon? Any how very kewl spot. No hook-ups but what a view!!!!!!
