I have a 2023 Jayco Terrain and once my Firefly shows a 0%SOC while my Samkoon shows the correct value of the battery, my 2nd alternator stops working. It would flip flop a few times over the cold winter but now I can't get the value on the Firefly to show anything but 0% and my 2nd alternator doesn't work. I did the hard reset etc and the 12 volt switch and it worked a few times but now the red light in on the main battery is on all the time. Any ideas on what I can do to get the 2nd alternator to work? Thanks.
