hi is there supposed to brackets to hold the fridge in place while traveling. we just bought a 2022 321rsts and on the way home the bottom of the fridge slide out damaging the door and wood underneath. is the supposed to be brackets somewhere so this wont happen again.
Thank you

Not good! Mine have all had something to secure the unit. May need to make a friendly call to the dealer.

See the 2 white head screws on the back of my unit? Please no comments on the dirt!

The same thing happened to us. There is a metal bracket that is bolted to the slider above the refrigerator. To see this bracket, you'll need to remove a thin wood flashing (it's stapled onto the front facia so it's easy to pull off).
The metal bracket is secured to the slider, which is a good thing, however the problem is it's GLUED to the top of the refrigerator and this glue isn't strong enough to handle all the bumping and shaking during travel... especially I-95 :)
The dealer was happy to reglue it under warranty and Jayco was happy to replace the refrigerator door which was badly bent from hitting the island drawer handle.
I thanked them but I did not want to hope their glue was the best way to hold the refrigerator in place. There's too much bumping and shaking to expect it to not happen again.
From outside behind the refrigerator, I pushed the refrigerator forward enough to screw 4 'L' brackets into the floor board then pushed the refrigerator back into place and screwed bolts through the brackets into the refrigerator base. (see image below) Now it won't move again.

Had the same problem. I removed the trim above and re-glued the bracket on the top of the fridge then removed the back panel from the access door on the outside and bolted the fridge frame to the wooden flooring on the back side. If it moves again the whole slide is going with it!
