Hi,

I'm a long time lurker...but finally had an issue I couldn't search my way through.

We have an 377 RLBH with the generator prep package. I just got it out to use in a week or so and shore power is not working. I have confirmed 120 v on both legs of the power cord at the connection to the RV (240v total). I do not have anything coming into the double 50A breaker (black and red wires) in the fuse panel.

I'm guessing there is an automatic transfer switch somewhere aft of the main storage below the floor but I haven't found it yet. Does anyone know where the ATS is installed on the 377?

Edit: I should've kept going just a big longer. It is just behind the main storage underneath the outside kitchen. I've confirmed that I have power coming into it, but not going on to the CB panel. It's not going to be great to work on and the sun is going down.

Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

Probably too late, but there have been loose connections in members transfer switches that has cause the same issue. Just a thought if you haven't checked them already.

Thanks

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately, the shore power contactor is completely seized in the off position. I've ordered a replacement and will bypass the contactor for this trip. I don't have a generator, so I may just leave the new ATS in the generator compartment until it may be needed.
