This is our 3rd new Jayco 5vr, we had a 2007 JayFlight 31XX BHDS, then upgraded to a 2011 Eagle 365 BHS and now our 2025 North Point 310RLTS. Our first two were amazing and I don't remember any issues except that out 2007 did develop soft floors which were fixed under warranty. Our 2011 was about perfect from the factory but the longer we had it, of course we had to do some minor repairs. We were a little nervous about trading off our 2011 as we had heard that quality had really dropped with the purchase of the company but still, we were sitting with a 14 year old 5vr and it was time. Now, I will say we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new North Point and all of the new tech and features but man, little things left and right in the build. Mis-alligned bedroom door, slide out of adjustment, electric recliner actually came loose from the floor mount and was 2 feet into the living room just bringing it home. Dove tail drawers are great but the whole face came off in my hand. Awning that doesn't fully seat as the wall mount rail is crooked and just a bunch of silly little stuff that we didn't catch during our PDI and walk-through. Dealer is awesome and just said to make a list and they will get it right. Overall, very happy but can confirm that it isn't the Jayco of days gone by for the quality so far. Happy camping, safe travels and maybe we will see you out there!

Sorry to hear about the "bumps in the road" with your new rig. The recliner has me stumped since it was towed from IND to ND. Wonder if it arrived at the dealer that way and they just put it back and didn't check the screws,
