The first thing you need to do is pull the center dash decorative plate off by removing the 4 or 6 screws. Then pull out the HVAC control module and check for voltage on the back of it. If no voltage, check your fuses. The very very hard to get to ones under dash drivers side next to the wall. And under the hood up high left of the center of the engine.
If you have voltage coming in, then see if it goes out on the different positions. If it does not, bad switch. If it does, then bad actuators. Good luck!
