Andersen Levelers Mod

Ahhh..ok. But I still just drive off! LOL

You just drive off with the chock still in place? You must have a wide spacing between your tires? It's tough enough for us to drive off the leveller alone as it often gets lodged between the 2 tires. (We also had to cut one down to further explain how close our axles are)

Works perfectly. Trust me, it's close to being stuck but I haven't had that happen. Yet. Although, I am guilty of just going over both the wedge and leveler. Hasn't seem to hurt them. Maybe I should try some patience and remove the wedge!

We had a situation on our last trip where the Andersen levelers would not raise the low side tires enough to level the trailer. Was wondering what others have done in this situation. Can you put lego blocks under the Andersen levelers to raise them higher or will they slip out?

I'm thinking they probably would move around a little...maybe slip out completely. IDK

I hope it works, it has been my plan when they won't go high enough. I may have some 2x6's under the bed toolbox from pre Anderson's.

This is what I do when the Andersons are not enough to get it level.

I went to Tractor supply and bought some solid rubber mat that is for horse stalls it is about 3/4" thick.

I cut 8 pieces big enough to fit under the Andersons this allows me another 3" of lift if needed. The Andersons have not slipped so far on these pads.

And bonus is that I have found other uses for them also.

I have put 2x10's under the Anderson levelers to get more height with no problems.
