I’ve got a 2021 Jayco Optimum and can’t get a signal from my antenna, is there a fuse somewhere I can check ? Thanks

This may be silly to mention, but do you have the booster button pushed to power it up? You should have a little LED light next to the button indicating you have it powered on.

Sorry for the late response. Some have an internal fuse on the back. and

Follow the RG6 Or (RG59) coax cable from the Antenna Input ON THE TV to the back of the cabinet. The coax cable should go into a wall plate that has a tiny button on it. Push the button, the LED should go on and that means the Booster is boosting your antenna signal.

That's the first thing to try.
Pix of mine and one on Amazon:

If the light is on, and you're still not getting a signal then you have to debug things from the TV. Like making sure your Input is set to Antenna, not Cable. Doing a channel scan. Buying a cheap $10 antenna from Walmart(*) and connecting that to the TV then checking again...

It has been reported before that a few campers came with poor coax connections.
If that ends up being the case, you may be in for a lot more work in finding and fixing.

(*) Your location said Sydney. If that's the real Sydney -- Sydney NSW. The one w/ the cool opera house, then replace "Walmart" with whatever you have down under. :)

Yes it’s Sydney with the “cool” opera house. I’ve checked cables and tried the tv with a portable antenna and the tv works fine however it won’t work with the wind up antenna. Using satellite now through hdmi . But don’t want to raise satellite in very windy weather conditions.

Should it look like this, nothing on the signal strength?

Have you turned it slowly while watching the meter? I've never used one that fancy so I can't comment on it's actual operation, but in a quick glance at the manual that is what you are supposed to do,
