Anyone ever use one of these rotisseries?

I have used battery operated units similar to that before...just not that particular brand. They work as avertised BUT they do eat the batteries rather quickly. YMMV

I used my battery operated rotisserie twice do far.

Make some chickens and a pork roast over the fire.

It worked great. I put a pie plate in front of the motor to keep the heat away from it and that worked well.

I also made a foil tent over the meat.

Both times the meat was excellent. I suggest using one of these for something different. I was easy and worked as advertised.

We prefer making beer can chicken which requires no electricity at all. This picture doesn't show it but we later bought a stainless steel, two chicken holder from Cabela's which is a lot more convenient to use. Without it, it was sometimes difficult to get the chicken to stand up after sliding it over the beer can.

The rotisserie uses batteries so you don't need to plug it in. 2 D Cells does the trick.

Wow, I want that for dinner tonight! Camping next weekend... this would sure keep our site smelling fine in the afternoon.

I like making beercan chicken on the grill, but it always makes a greasy mess. I like cooking over the open flame though.
