I’m looking for truly atv friendly rv parks in Colorado. Preferably northern Colorado. Looking for rv parks that we can actually ride from our rig and not have to park the ATVs outside the park or trailer to trailheads. So far our favorite is state forest state park. Good with either boon docking or full hook ups. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

If you are ok with boondocking the National Forest south of Gould is awesome. There are several clearings you can park your rv and ride miles and miles of trails. The ride up to the top of owl mountain is fun. You can also ride to the historic ghost town of Teller City. It’s an abandoned silver mining community. State Forest State Park that you mentioned in the OP is on the other side of the highway and you can fill with water and dump your tanks there.
