Awning lights

Have a 2019 Northpoint 377RLBH. The awning lights over the longer awning has quit working. Rocker switch ok, swap the wire for the shorter awning light and it worked. Unplugged the light wire at top of awning arm on side of camper, and connected to 12 volt, comes on fine.
I have heard of possible in-line fuse going to lights. Cannot locate, I have checked behind control panel. I have contacted , no help, even stopped at my local dealer and no help. Has anyone had the same issue and able to solve??

Did you ever find a solution or how the wiring is routed? I have the same issue on my 2020 Eagle 321RSTS.

Sounds like you just need a new string of awning LED's. Especially if you plugged a smaller string/light in at the awning arm.

Fuse behind wall in bay. Fuse board was there

Interesting location for a fuse. If you call Jayco they will send you the wiring diagram and hopefully any fuses will be on that.

I emailed them yesterday and they responded saying that they don't have wiring diagrams. Sounds strange to me but, whatever.

The schematics may have already been purged from their system.
