Awning Question - Eagle Super Lite 25KR

Hi,

My electric awning extends and retracts as advertised. My question which the manual does not address is - when the awning retracts the forward arm is loose against the TT. The aft arm is tight and snug as it should be. Is there a trick/procedure to tighten up the forward arm?

If it was me I would take back to dealer and have them fix the awning unless its to far back to dealer for just 1 item. also could contact the manufacture of awning and see what they say. Have looked at mine and not sure how you would adjust arms for tension
