If it’s a manual switch, it’s a DPDT type with center off and it acts to apply power or reverse the polarity of the power to the motor, depending on the direction you want to go.Jayco RE24 awning goes out but will not retract unless you reverse the polarity on wires going to motor. Both motor leads are connected to the BMpro node. They will be a heavy gauge wire in the top left of the node if it is mounted like mine was. You'll either need to tap into the motor power wires going into the node or find another heavy wire to power the awning through the switch separately.For a fifth wheel with the JCommand BMPro system, does anyway have knowledge or instructions on how to convert an anwing to a manual switch? I purchased a Lippert awning switch and it has four leads, red, black, white and blue. I want to install it in the side compartment but need to know where the current leads are, I assume one or two are in the BMPro node.
