Awning Window arm popped out of track

One of the arm ends popped out of the track of my frameless window. 2017 White Hawk 23MRB. It looks like the plastic roller popped out from the metal center. I tried to press it back in, but it wouldn’t stay.
The end is riveted on. Any idea as to how to fix it? The picture is looking from below.
Any help would be appreciated. There is a plastic piece between the rollers to prevent the window from opening more than a couple inches due to it being behind the door when it is opened.

It's difficult to tell from your picture if the arm has gotten bent a little. Perhaps bending it very, very carefully, so it's on the same plane as the socket, it may stay in place.

Yes, it is bent and there is a plastic roller in the track. I will try to bent it up and see if it holds.

The best way to reinsert it is to drill out the pop-rivets on the winder, then put the roller back in the track and re-rivet. As JFR said the arm looks a little bent and that is usually caused by over cranking.

I was messing around with it and broke the other side so it looks as though I will have to replace both ends now. I think the door caught in the wind and hit the window and that is what bent the arms.
Is there a special Rivet gun that will give you a flat side on both sides?

I'm talking the rivets that hold the crank to the frame, not the rivets in the arms. The arm rivets are probably done in a press if that's what you are referring to.
