Back will not come down.

I was taking the camper down after readying it for winter storage, when I noticed the back two poles were not coming down with the front. The rear driver started giving me trouble this past spring/summer, where I had to crank it down a bit, then go pull down on or jump up and lean on that corner to get ot to go down. Now both the rear lift poles are doing it, BUT, I can't get either one to budge.

Please help me. I'd like to get it buttoned up before it rains again.

What kind of system is it? I had a Coleman popup that had a whiffle tree system that controlled all the cabling. I never had any issues with mine but it sounds to me like something is binding up. You're going to have to get a look at the lift system to see what's going on.
