BAL Exact-slide

Our 2021 Eagle 317RLOK 5th wheel uses the BAL Exactslide cable slide for the kitchen slide. We're having issues with it's operation regarding requiring adjustments.
Anyone else having similar issues

YouTube has some great videos on this , ours had an issue where I would have to assist the right side when moving out, I found it adjusted completely opposite from what was supposed have been done after watching the video, I also removed the pantry door for better access to the adjusting nuts, no issues since.
